Common questions

Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Walk-ups welcome when space allows.
What if I'm late picking up?
Just text us. We'll have your car ready when you arrive. If you'll be more than an hour late, give us a call so we can plan.
What if my car gets damaged?
Document any damage with our valet at drop-off so we have a clear record of the car's condition. We carry full garage-keepers liability insurance, and we take responsibility for damage that happens while your vehicle is in our care. If something happens, contact us right away and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Are you insured?
Yes — full garage-keepers liability insurance. Every vehicle in our care is covered.
Do you accept large vehicles or SUVs?
Yes — we park standard SUVs, trucks, and minivans. For oversized vehicles like full-size cargo vans or RVs, give us a call first.
Can I leave items in my car?
Yes, but we recommend taking valuables with you. We're not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards. We don't take cash for valet services — easier and safer for everyone.
What if I lose my claim ticket?
No problem. We'll verify your identity and vehicle, and you can pick up as normal. There's a small fee for ticket replacement.
Should I tip the valet?
Tips are appreciated but never required. Our staff is paid fairly regardless.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes — cancellation policies are confirmed at booking. Contact us if you need to change a reservation.
